I love to cook; I love to eat. I love to try new recipes and make up my own. I eat everything except celery and guts. I have an otherwise absolutely perfect husband who is highly suspicious of any food he perceives to be even slightly unusual (though he does eat celery), so I do a lot of cooking for friends. I have a dog who will eat anything, even celery and guts. Especially guts.
I am working on learning to photograph my food with my digital SLR camera. I’m not nearly as good at photography as I am at cooking, and will never be, but I’m working on it.
I’m a retired librarian, I’ll be 69 years old this year, and I have two adult children who still fill my heart with joy, a perfect daughter-in-law and son-in-law, and four of the cutest grandchildren ever seen on this earth. I have a great life.
